I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Tdf? Is Tdf safe for nursing mother and child? Does Tdf extracts into breast milk? Does Tdf has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Tdf influence milk supply or can Tdf decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

It is an antiretroviral drug which is used to fight HIV and Hepatitis infection. . Trespass into breast milk is nil or undetectable (Based on studies from Abidjan, Ivory Coast 2011 and Gouraud, Millaret et al. 2012).
