I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Muramidase? Is Muramidase safe for nursing mother and child? Does Muramidase extracts into breast milk? Does Muramidase has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Muramidase influence milk supply or can Muramidase decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Mucopolysaccharidase, enzyme which is present in many body fluids (saliva, milk, tears) witn antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal activity. On latest update no relevant published data on breastfeeding were found. Because its protein composition it would be barely absorbed by the gut, and, a high molecular weight would render excretion into breast milk unlikely.
