Answer by Dr. Ru: About EINECS 205-076-0 usage in lactation

Nonsteroidal antiinflammatory agent that is locally used on skin and in solution for oral application or vaginal douche. At latest update no published data on excretion into breast milk were found. Because the small dose used and low absorption of most topical dermatological preparations with limited absorption to plasma, it is unlikely the passage of significant amounts to breast milk. This is true whenever there is not abuse of it since cases of renal impairment after prolonged and excessive administration have been reported. If used, do not apply on the chest, large areas and for prolonged periods of time to prevent a systemic absorption.

Alternate Drugs for Antiinflammatory preparations, non-steroids for topical use. ATC M02
