Glycyrrhizinic acid (Glycyrrhizin, root extract of licorice) derivate. Not toxic when topically used. Avoid using it on the breast, or, cleans it thoroughly to keep the baby from swallowing it.

Alternate Drugs for Antiinflammatory preparations, non-steroids for topical use. ATC M02
