Because of pharmacokinetic data it is likely excretion into breast milk though from low plasma levels, usually below the detection threshold (100 pg/mL) Side-effects likely would be mild: nausea, dyspepsia, head ache. Consider other better known options, otherwise follow-up the child for symptoms like nausea, crying and fussiness.
