Does Betahistina has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Betahistina influence milk supply or can Betahistina decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Histamine analogue drug which is used for treatment of Meniere's vertigo At latest update, relevant information on excretion into breast milk was not found. Because of pharmacokinetic data it is likely excretion into breast milk though from low plasma levels, usually below the detection threshold (100 pg/mL) Side-effects likely would be mild: nausea, dyspepsia, head ache. Consider other better known options, otherwise follow-up the child for symptoms like nausea, crying and fussiness.
