White clay which is composed by hydrated aluminum silicate that is used orally as absorbent for the treatment of Acute Gastroenteritis.Often associated with other antidiarrheal drugs like Pectin. Given that its bioavailability is zero, which prevents any absorption through the mother's intestine, it is not excreted into breast milk. Most Acute Gastroenteritis should not receive any medication: just providing a good hydration.
