I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use AlphaRedisol? Is AlphaRedisol safe for nursing mother and child? Does AlphaRedisol extracts into breast milk? Does AlphaRedisol has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can AlphaRedisol influence milk supply or can AlphaRedisol decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

It has been observed B12 vitamin deficiencies in some mothers who are strictly on vegetarian diet.A balanced and comprehensive diet make it vitamin supplementation useless.
