I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Hydrocobalamin? Is Hydrocobalamin safe for nursing mother and child? Does Hydrocobalamin extracts into breast milk? Does Hydrocobalamin has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Hydrocobalamin influence milk supply or can Hydrocobalamin decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

It has been observed B12 vitamin deficiencies in some mothers who are strictly on vegetarian diet.A balanced and comprehensive diet make it vitamin supplementation useless.
