I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Ohb12? Is Ohb12 safe for nursing mother and child? Does Ohb12 extracts into breast milk? Does Ohb12 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Ohb12 influence milk supply or can Ohb12 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

It has been observed B12 vitamin deficiencies in some mothers who are strictly on vegetarian diet.A balanced and comprehensive diet make it vitamin supplementation useless.
