Does Oxobemin has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Oxobemin influence milk supply or can Oxobemin decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

It has been observed B12 vitamin deficiencies in some mothers who are strictly on vegetarian diet.A balanced and comprehensive diet make it vitamin supplementation useless.
