I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Primabalt RP? Is Primabalt RP safe for nursing mother and child? Does Primabalt RP extracts into breast milk? Does Primabalt RP has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Primabalt RP influence milk supply or can Primabalt RP decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

It has been observed B12 vitamin deficiencies in some mothers who are strictly on vegetarian diet.A balanced and comprehensive diet make it vitamin supplementation useless.
