Does Vibeden has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Vibeden influence milk supply or can Vibeden decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

It has been observed B12 vitamin deficiencies in some mothers who are strictly on vegetarian diet.A balanced and comprehensive diet make it vitamin supplementation useless.
