I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Emend? Is Emend safe for nursing mother and child? Does Emend extracts into breast milk? Does Emend has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Emend influence milk supply or can Emend decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

On latest update relevant data on breastfeeding was not found. Its moderately high molecular weight, and, especially a high plasma protein binding make excretion into breast milk unlikely Side effects are few and usually mild.
