Does Apilac has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Apilac influence milk supply or can Apilac decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

It is a viscous secretion of salivary glands of bees. It has been used as a tonic without any evidence of it effectiveness. Some cases of asthma and hypersensibility to this substance have been reported.
