I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Dynabiotic? Is Dynabiotic safe for nursing mother and child? Does Dynabiotic extracts into breast milk? Does Dynabiotic has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Dynabiotic influence milk supply or can Dynabiotic decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Monobactamic antibiotic which is similar to penicillins. It is excreted into breast milk in insignificant amount. Not absorbed by the intestine. No adversed effects on breastfed babies have been reported. It is commonly prescribed to children and newborns. Limited information indicates that Dynabiotic produces low levels in milk that are not expected to cause adverse effects in breastfed infants. Occasionally disruption of the infant's gastrointestinal flora, resulting in diarrhea or thrush have been reported with beta-lactams, but these effects have not been adequately evaluated. Dynabiotic is acceptable in nursing mothers.
