I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use 4-(2-(tert-Butylamino)-1-hydroxyethyl-1,2-phenylen di-4-toluat? Is 4-(2-(tert-Butylamino)-1-hydroxyethyl-1,2-phenylen di-4-toluat safe for nursing mother and child? Does 4-(2-(tert-Butylamino)-1-hydroxyethyl-1,2-phenylen di-4-toluat extracts into breast milk? Does 4-(2-(tert-Butylamino)-1-hydroxyethyl-1,2-phenylen di-4-toluat has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can 4-(2-(tert-Butylamino)-1-hydroxyethyl-1,2-phenylen di-4-toluat influence milk supply or can 4-(2-(tert-Butylamino)-1-hydroxyethyl-1,2-phenylen di-4-toluat decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Although no published data exist on the use of 4-(2-(tert-Butylamino)-1-hydroxyethyl-1,2-phenylen di-4-toluat by mouth or inhaler during lactation, data from the related drug, terbutaline, indicate that very little is expected to be excreted into breastmilk.[1] The authors of several reviews and an expert panel agree that use of inhaled bronchodilators is acceptable during breastfeeding because of the low bioavailability and maternal serum levels after use.[2][3][4][5][6]
