Is BRN 6025058 Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use BRN 6025058? Is BRN 6025058 safe for nursing mother and child? Does BRN 6025058 extracts into breast milk? Does BRN 6025058 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can BRN 6025058 influence milk supply or can BRN 6025058 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

This is a third generation Cephalosporin. At latest update relevant data on excretion into breast milk were not found. On other type of Cephalosporin for which there is available information, excretion into breast milk is therapeutically non-significant. Cephalosporin is commonly used in Pediatrics, even in neonates, with a good tolerance, which may be a reason to think that the presence of small amounts in the milk would not represent any harm to the child.
