Is Pegvisomant Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Pegvisomant? Is Pegvisomant safe for nursing mother and child? Does Pegvisomant extracts into breast milk? Does Pegvisomant has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Pegvisomant influence milk supply or can Pegvisomant decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Limited data indicate that pegvisomant is poorly excreted into breastmilk. Because pegvisomant is not orally absorbed, it is unlikely to adversely affect the breastfed infant.
