Is Sodium Iodide I 131 Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Sodium Iodide I 131? Is Sodium Iodide I 131 safe for nursing mother and child? Does Sodium Iodide I 131 extracts into breast milk? Does Sodium Iodide I 131 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Sodium Iodide I 131 influence milk supply or can Sodium Iodide I 131 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?
