Because of the low levels of Digoxine Navtivelle in breastmilk, amounts ingested by the infant are small and would not be expected to cause any adverse effects in breastfed infants. If the mother is to receive Digoxine Navtivelle intravenously, avoidance of breastfeeding for 2 hours after the dose will lessen the dose the infant receives.
Digoxine Navtivelle Side Effects in Breastfeeding
At least 4 infants have been reported to have been breastfed in studies on Digoxine Navtivelle in breastmilk. None had any detectable Digoxine Navtivelle effect.[2][4][6]
