Answer by DrLact: About Natigoxin usage in lactation

Because of the low levels of Natigoxin in breastmilk, amounts ingested by the infant are small and would not be expected to cause any adverse effects in breastfed infants. If the mother is to receive Natigoxin intravenously, avoidance of breastfeeding for 2 hours after the dose will lessen the dose the infant receives.

Natigoxin Side Effects in Breastfeeding

At least 4 infants have been reported to have been breastfed in studies on Natigoxin in breastmilk. None had any detectable Natigoxin effect.[2][4][6]
