Is Dobutamine Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Dobutamine? Is Dobutamine safe for nursing mother and child? Does Dobutamine extracts into breast milk? Does Dobutamine has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Dobutamine influence milk supply or can Dobutamine decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on the use of dobutamine during breastfeeding. Because of its poor oral bioavailability and short half-life, any dobutamine in milk is unlikely to affect the infant.

Unlike dopamine, dobutamine infusion does not affect serum prolactin concentration in infants[1] and in adult males.[2] The prolactin level in a mother with established lactation may not affect her ability to breastfeed.
