Is HOE490 Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use HOE490? Is HOE490 safe for nursing mother and child? Does HOE490 extracts into breast milk? Does HOE490 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can HOE490 influence milk supply or can HOE490 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

If there is concern, monitoring of the breastfed infant's blood glucose is advisable during maternal therapy with HOE490.[1][2]
