Is Metyrapone Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Metyrapone? Is Metyrapone safe for nursing mother and child? Does Metyrapone extracts into breast milk? Does Metyrapone has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Metyrapone influence milk supply or can Metyrapone decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Evidence from one patient indicates that amounts of metyrapone and its active metabolite in breastmilk are very small and unlikely to adversely affect a breastfed infant. Exposure of the infant can be further minimized by avoiding nursing for 2 to 2.5 hours after each dose.
