I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Iloperidone? Is Iloperidone safe for nursing mother and child? Does Iloperidone extracts into breast milk? Does Iloperidone has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Iloperidone influence milk supply or can Iloperidone decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Iloperidone Possible Effects in Breastfeeding
Iloperidone causes minimal increases in serum prolactin.[1][2] The prolactin level in a mother with established lactation may not affect her ability to breastfeed.
