If 2H-1,2,4-Benzothiadiazine-7-sulfonamide, 3,4-dihydro-6-(trifluoromethyl)-, 1,1-dioxide is required by the mother, it is not a reason to discontinue breastfeeding. Intense diuresis with large doses may decrease breastmilk production.
