Is CCRIS 9017 Safe in Breastfeeding
Question
I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use CCRIS 9017? Is CCRIS 9017 safe for nursing mother and child? Does CCRIS 9017 extracts into breast milk? Does CCRIS 9017 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can CCRIS 9017 influence milk supply or can CCRIS 9017 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Although no published data exist on the use of CCRIS 9017 by mouth or inhaler during lactation, data from the related drug, terbutaline, indicate that very little is expected to be excreted into breastmilk.[1] The authors of several reviews and an expert panel agree that use of inhaled bronchodilators is acceptable during breastfeeding because of the low bioavailability and maternal serum levels after use.[2][3][4][5][6]
